Lake House Rental Agreement

Please forgive the rigid tone, but it's legaleeze, what can you do?

As our lake house guest, you agree to the following terms
for the use of our lake house at 10 Julia Ann Drive, Holland, MA:

1) You agree that you are 21 or older.

2) You agree not to smoke in the lake house during your stay.

3) You agree to remove all outdoor pet deposits if you bring a pet during your stay.

4) You agree to be responsible for any extra charges you incur on the cable tv and/or phone service. We do provide free local & national phone service and cable tv with all the premium channels & corresponding on-demand services.

5) You agree that we are not responsible for any damage or loss you or your guests may incur during your stay.

6) You agree that you are responsible for any damage or loss you, your guests or pets may cause the lake house or grounds during your stay.

7) You agree to leave the key on the kitchen table when you depart.

8) You agree to have fun & to let us know if you need anything =)
