Parking: There is a parking spot to the right of the house (when facing the house) between the house and the phone pole and two parking spaces directly in front of the house, please don't block my neighbors.
Noise: Do Not Disturb the neighbors and after 10pm they have the right to peace and quiet and we enforce that right for them. Please be fair and reasonable. If we're notified about noise late at night we will call and ask you to keep it down, if you don't we have the right to ask you to leave. We hate to have to be this strict but there have been a few groups who have abused this privilege.
Trash: Please leave all your trash in the shed at the bottom of the stairs by the hot tub, there's many animals out there looking for dinner and they will make a mess if it's left out.
Check-Out: Check-out time is normally Noon unless your have the weekend special when it's 6pm, otherwise if no one is coming in the day your leaving and you wish to stay till 6pm just call me at either number below to verify that it's available.
Leaving: When your leaving please leave any used beds unmade and any used towels can be left on the bathroom floor. Please leave the key on the counter by the sink, turn off any heat or A/C and lock the sliders and the front door and turn out the lights. Thank you very much.
Supplies: We supply all the propane for the grill and firewood for the fireplace, so if you need any more wood or propane or have any problems, please dont hesitate to call, we only live 15 minutes away in Monson, MA.
Hot Tub Rules
Please shower before use.
Please Keep The Noise Down after 10pm
Children and those unable to support themselves MUST be supervised at all times.
No Glass in or around Hot Tub.
Do not enter if over 104 degrees.
Those with health problems should consult their physician before use.
Replace cover after use.
Do not use Soaps or Oils in this tub.
