It sits above the western shore of lovely and fully recreational Lake Hamilton, in historic Holland, MA. Bordering Union Connecticut, it's just 15 minutes from Sturbridge, 40 minutes from Worcester & Hartford, 50 minutes from Springfield and an hour & 10 minutes from Boston & Providence. The lake house comes with all the comforts of home, beautiful views and 150 acres of pristine lake to play in during the warmer months. And the luxurious outdoor 6 person hot tub can be enjoyed any time of year. The lake house is located on a dead end dirt road and is very private and peaceful. It's a sweet, rustic vacation spot, perfect for small families and other groups of up to 5 or more people. And it makes a relaxing romantic getaway, where you can languish in the hot tub under the stars, then light a fire and retire to the heavenly Select-Comfort Sleep Number Bed that looks out over the moonlit water. And there are some wonderful local restaurants to make your stay complete. 6 Person Hot Tub in Private Outdoor Enclosure For fun in the sun, there's an 8x30 foot deck overlooking the water, a 30 foot dock and 75 feet of sandy beach with a gradual slope that's safe for children. All that and great fishing, too. And if you enjoy winter ice sports you can bring your skates or snowmobile whenever the ice is solid. We do require that they be potty trained, flea-free, don't chew or claw furnishings or bark excessively and are never left unattended indoors. There's also a shaded, gated patio on the lower level where they can romp safely outdoors. There is no extra fee for pets. We do ask that guests remove all outdoor pet deposits before departure. Smoking Our lake houses are non-smoking zones, but the decks & patios accommodate smokers comfortably.
