John's House on Lake Hamilton in Holland, Massachusetts
The lake house has beautiful views and 150 acres of pristine lake to play in during the warmer months. The lake house is located on a dead end dirt road and is very private and peaceful. It's a sweet, rustic vacation spot, perfect for small families and other groups of up to 6 people. And it makes a relaxing romantic getaway that looks out over the moonlit water. And there are some wonderful local restaurants to make your stay complete.
For fun in the sun, there's an 10x10 foot upper deck overlooking the water, a 20x20 lower deck, a 30 foot dock and 50 feet of sandy beach. All that and great fishing, too.

Pets
Pets are welcome in the lake house. We do require that they be potty trained, flea-free, don't chew or claw furnishings or bark excessively and are never left unattended indoors and you are responsible for any damage they do. There is no extra fee for pets. We do require that guests remove all outdoor pet deposits before departure.

Our lake houses are non-smoking zones, but the decks & patios accommodate smokers comfortably.
