To secure a reservation, please click the deposit link to read our rental agreement, leave a $100 deposit and indicate the dates you want. Your confirmation will follow shortly. The balance is due depending on when you make your reservation - shorter notice is due sooner; longer notice is due later. The balance & due date will be stated on your deposit receipt. If you have to cancel your reservation, your deposit will be returned when/if we're able to re-reserve your dates. If you prefer not to use paypal, please send a $100 deposit in a check or money order and make it payable to:

Please specify the the dates you wish, a contact mailing address and phone # and an e-mail address where we can send your confirmation. Please e-mail or call us with your reserved date(s) after you've mailed the deposit, and we'll hold your reservation. We'll e-mail you upon receipt of your deposit and your reservation will be secured.

If you wish to rent the lake house in the next week and prefer not to use paypal, please e-mail or call us and we can arrange to meet you at the lake house to collect the rental fee (cash only, please) on the day of your arrival. Thank You!
